A TOP™ Application:

A Small, Company providing Information Services to Hotel Chains was looking for a Low-Cost approach to reach General Managers to obtain their inputs on the range of services needed & to pre-qualify their interest in the Company's Service-based, Products. Other approaches were not effective or were beyond the capabilities of the Company's "tight" budget. The Company was gearing-up for a Major Product Launch & needed a "fertile" base of Prospects. PMG designed a Telemarketing-based Program that was "Professionally" structured to cater to the Target Audience. In phase one, PMG conducted all Phone Interviews with the Target Audience to "perfect" the Program. The program generated in excess of seventy-five, early-stage leads that supported the Product Launch Campaign. Without TOP™, the Client Company would have kicked-off the Product Launch - "empty-handed." Later in the Program, PMG set-up & developed an In-House, Telemarketing Operation, which continues to support the Client Company's needs.

Our Target Audience is sophisticated and difficult to reach. PMG's program got their attention and their staff was proficient, at speaking the language of General Managers and Operations VPs. Without this campaign, we would have been empty-handed from an opportunity perspective.  We have since internalized these functions and this class, of campaign has become a standard of doing business.
